If your horse is NOT normally itchy, then you may want to look at the weight of your current blanket(s) and the temperature in which they are wearing them. Sometimes a horse will become itchy when wearing a blanket that is too heavily insulated, especially if the blanket doesn’t offer a breathable liner.
