Shopping for Shoes!

It’s getting to be that time of year, when everybody starts stressing about getting the perfect gift, and even more importantly getting it on time for Christmas. One thing to keep in mind when looking for boots to order from Valley Vet Supply is that a lot of our boots in the catalog and online are not in stock in our warehouse. They drop ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse to you, and it can take anywhere from 3-4 days to 3-4 weeks for those boots to ship.

When ordering online, the time frame is listed in the Information tab in red font. If you are ordering through the catalog, you are more than welcome to call and ask any operator how long it will take for those boots to ship to you. Also, if you are a customer in California, Texas, Washington, Oklahoma, and Nevada, and you are ordering Ariat boots that drop ship from the manufacturer, they first come to our warehouse, and then we ship them off to you. You can upgrade your shipping for the boots to ship faster, but that only makes the shipping faster, that doesn’t speed up how long it takes the order to process with the manufacturer.

For example, if you wanted to buy me 39791 Stockman Collection by Tony Lama (Indian Pink in a size 9...little hint to my hubby there), the Internet has them listed that they will ship in approximately 21 days. That means that it can take up to 21 business days before the boots are shipped, and then another 3-4 days for shipping. So it is very important that if you want to get your boots before Christmas, and you don’t want to pay for upgraded shipping, that you start looking and ordering your boots now!
